NYC Help Desk Manager
Non-profit firm in midtown Manhattan is looking for a seasoned help desk manager to supervise up to 12 agents. The environment consists of standard MS and Windows shrinkwrap plus a few custom applications for 400 on-site users and a distributed, national, end-user base of 5000 seats for one of the custom applications.
Help Desk is also responsible for dispatching service technicians in support of the same 400 seats at HQ. Additional responsibilities include sharing the management with the vendor manager of 3 3rd-party applications hosted and supported by the 3rd parties.
Position is full time. Compensation is competitive.
